Southeast Water Supply Corporation offers convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Draft Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

On-Line Bill Pay

In our efforts to better serve you, we now accept all major credit cards - Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Xpress. To pay your bill online you will need to know your account number and the current amount due.  Payments will be posted to your account within 3 business days.   For more information, click the green "Bill Payment" button, located above or at the bottom of this page.

Please note there is a 3.5% convenience fee for this service. 

Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.

Payment by Phone

To pay your bill over the phone, please call our toll free number at 844-442-1806. Safe-Secure-Simple. Before calling, please have your account number ready.  Payments will be posted to your account within 3 business days.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your SMALL payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address, 103 North Cass St., Centerville, Texas. We accept cash, check, or money orders.  We accept no bills larger than $20.00.  Please try to have the correct amount to avoid extra wait time.  After office hours you may drop in the night slot (located on the right side of the front door).
